While precautions are taken, the company is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, delays, or losses during the trip. Travelers assume all risks associated with adventurous activities.
Travelers must respect local customs, laws, and fellow participants. The company reserves the right to remove any traveler from the trip without a refund for disruptive or unsafe behavior.
The company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Suitable alternatives will be provided if necessary.
